What Data We Collect
On this website (donelabs.co.uk), we collect only the information you voluntarily submit via our waitlist form: your full name, email address, and the role you have selected (Landlord, Sole Trader, Accountant, or Investor / Press).
We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics on this website. We do not collect any data passively.
How We Use Your Data
Your waitlist data is used solely to notify you when DoneLabs products become available, and to send you a single launch notification email. We will not send you marketing emails without your explicit consent, and we will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Waitlist submissions are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the EU West (London) region. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. DoneLabs does not transfer your personal data outside the UK or EEA.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain waitlist data until you request deletion, or until 12 months after DoneLabs products launch, whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@donelabs.co.uk.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You also have the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
